Today I talk about two pretty common wild edibles of early spring no matter where you are in the country.
As always, my wild edible plant shows carry a disclaimer. I take no responsibility for what you put in your mouth. Always consult an expert or a clear and concise book or video. I can’t describe perfectly any plant in audio format.
Winter Cress – Where found-disturbed places in wet soil. Edible parts – leaves and stems (flower buds in late spring).
Dandelions – Where found-disturbed places. Edible parts – leaves and stems and roots (flowers in mid spring).
